People's Political Consultative Conference reported that from December 5 to 6, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Liu Qizheng led a delegation of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to visit Trinidad and Tobago.

When meeting with Prime Minister Raleigh of Teto, Liu Qizheng said that this year marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Tehran. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the friendly relations between the two countries have been continuously consolidated and developed. China attaches great importance to developing relations with Teto, and is willing to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries under the “Belt and Road” cooperation framework, further enhance mutual political trust, deepen pragmatic cooperation in various fields, and realize bilateral relations in the bilateral and regional And new and larger developments at the multilateral level.

Raleigh spoke highly of the special relations between China and China and praised China's economic and social development achievements, and expressed its willingness to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation to promote the in-depth development of bilateral relations.

During the talks with Acting Senator Freitas and Speaker Aniset-George, Liu Qizheng introduced the Chinese socialist deliberative democracy and the CPPCC system, and exchanged views on the friendly exchanges between the CPPCC and the Teto Parliament.

During the visit, the delegation also inspected the National Art Performance Center aided by China.
